SUMM Concerts + Songwriting Workshops

Seattle Universal Math Museum (SUMM) presents math concerts and songwriting workshops with Music Notes. This event is co-sponsored by MathHappens Foundation, Pacific Science Center, and The Museum of Flight.

Music Notes offers workshops and concerts to entertain, inspire and empower students of all ages. Led by professional artists, these workshops emphasize the importance of academic motivation, character development, and math.

This Songwriting Workshop is designed for children and their families to explore the many opportunities that exist when you write songs based on math. Whether you're already an aspiring songwriter or have never written a song before, this workshop will give students a fun activity to learn about writing lyrics that share their love for math and learning.

The concerts and workshops are free with admission. All ages are welcome!
